The following events have been designated as Unit events.  These events are where we expect to see the most turnout by our members. If you are limited to the number of events you can attend each year we ask that you support these events over events sponsored by other units.

March 4 -5, 2000 - B&O
Ellicott City, MD
This is the next scheduled company event.  This will be a weekend of drill and living history at the  B&O Railroad station in Ellicott City, MD.   Plan on arriving at 10Am on Saturday.  Uniform is federal infantry full field kit. This will be a good tune-up for Bentonville and Ft. McHenry. Bring money for food as we will forage through town for meals.
March 17 -19, 2000
Bentonville, NC
This will be the first field event of the year. Bentonville will be a campaign style event so pack accordingly. Each person should bring 4 potatoes, 2 carrots and 2 onions for the unit mess.  Also haversack snacks for yourself are advised. Dress for the event will be federal infantry (sack coat, light blue trousers) and full field kit.  Bring plenty of caps and powder.  More information will follow.   There is a $5.00 registration fee for this event.
April 8-9, 2000
Fairfield, PA
This is a tentative date for an event being sponsored by the 3rd MD. Additional details will follow.  At this time we are anticipating this to be a living history encampment with drilling and demonstrations.
April 28-30, 2000
Baltimore, MD
This is the annual Ft. McHenry Civil War weekend.  We will once again be the Fort garrison.  A large turnout is needed to perform all the duties of the fort.  We will be doing our usual routine of guard duty and drills.  Pay call and inspections will be included in the weekend.  Main meals will be provided by the fort. Light lunches will be provided by the Unit. Uniform for the event will be heavy artillery or VRC preferred. If you can't make the event but have a heavy artillery frock or VRC coat we would appreciate you lending it to the unit for this weekend.  There is a $7.00 registration fee for this event.
